There is a break in the Timperley line and at this point. I, nor other reseachers have been able to make a connection to the Timperley's in the first section, but the descendants of John {1} in this section are included in the book "Timperley" by E. H. Timperley. John {1} of this genealogy more than likely would have descended from someone born in the Ninth Generation of the first section. More research is needed to link the following generations.


First Generation


1. John1 Timperley was born in Blackley, Lancashire, England 1687. John died January 23, 1766 England, at 78 years of age.

He married Ann Ogden Manchester, England, 1712. Ann was born in Blackley, Lancashire, England 1691. Ann died 27 November 1731 England, at 40 years of age.

John Timperley and Ann Ogden had the following children:

    2 i. Elizabeth2 Timperley was born in Chappell, Lancaster, England 1713. Elizabeth died May 31, 1713 England, at less than one year of age.

    3 ii. Ann Timperley was born in Blackley, Lancashire, England 1716. She was christened in Blackley, Lancaster, England on June 24, 1716.

    4 iii. Sarah Timperley was born in Blackley, Lancashire, England 1718. She was christened in Blackley, Lancaster, England on November 2, 1718. Sarah died July 12, 1726 at 7 years of age.

    5 iv. Elizabeth Timperley was born in Blackley, Lancashire, England 1720. She was christened in Blackley, Lancaster, England on January 29, 1720.

    6 v. Margaret Timperley was born in Blackley, Lancashire, England 1723. She was christened in Blackley, Lancaster, England on March 31, 1723. Margaret died March 25, 1728 England, at 4 years of age.

    + 7 vi. John Timperley Jr. was born 1725.
